Every web site is unique so standard prices can't be given. There are many variables including but not limited to:
-How many pages
-Extent of graphics; custom or using ones you already have
-Amount of graphics and pictures
-Types of pages; forms, photo gallery, Adobe Acrobat, scripts etc.
-Animations
Web Design- $ 55 per page
Includes:
Text, baner, graphics, links, (provided by you) and submission to search engines.

Web Hosting and Domain registration- $70-200 per year
There are several available options. Pricing will depend on how much space you need for your site as well as the legnth of plan you purchase.
Graphics- $75 per group
This includes a background, banner, and navigation buttons. I create all my own.
Feedback forms- $50 per form
Custom forms for users to send information to you such as name, email, phone, and comments.
Pictures- $12 per group
Digital picture cropping and adjustments as neededd in groups of 10 or scanning photos to digital images.
Maintenance- $35 per hour
Updates and changes of existing pages.
